Wholesale Policies

We appreciate your interest in our family-owned business! All of the art is hand-drawn and painted by Kim and Jessie.

Due to our printing capacity, please note that we are accepting a very limited amount of new retailers. We are a small business and cannot accept every retailer that applies for a wholesale account. Thank you for understanding!

GENERAL TERMS: Your submission of a wholesale application indicates that you agree to the following wholesale policy:

HOW TO ORDER: Due to the custom nature of our business, to place an order, you have to talk to a human. Jessie or Kim would be happy to help! Once approved as a retailer, you will have access to our line sheets where designs, blanks and wholesale pricing can be previewed. You can send in your order via email or give us a call.

MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENTS: We have an opening order minimum of $500. After your initial order, we require a minimum re-order of six tees per design (open sizing). If you customize art, we require a run of 12 tees (open sizing). XO Art Scarves come in sets of two. Jewelry and caps can be ordered individually.

WEB COMMERCE: Items purchased should not be resold through sites and stores such as Etsy, Faire, Ebay and Amazon. This includes Facebook VIP Groups and Instagram Flash Sales.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: Unfortunately, our designs are often copied, imitated or recreated by other brands. If you buy from us, you agree to only sell authentic designs produced and printed by us and will not sell imitation designs.

SIZING: Upon approval of your account, please consult our Blanks + Pricing sheet.

PRODUCT IMAGES: Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not provide product images.

RETAIL: We do not sell retail. For those interested in retail, we have many amazing stores to buy from. Please see our map for where to buy near you or follow us on Instagram to see what we share.

PAYMENT: All orders must be accompanied with a credit card. Half down is taken on the first order. We accept credit cards. No cash. Terms can be discussed after the first order. Our relationship with our customers is very important. We expect orders placed to be paid for within a timely manner and if for some reason there is a delay, for that to be promptly communicated with us.

PRODUCTION TIMELINE: We work from market to market. We ship orders as ready unless there is a specific conversation with Kim and Jessie regarding timeline. Everything is custom printed. That takes time! Around the WESA/Apparel Markets in January and August, our timelines are longer than normal. Please be considerate, we are working to get your orders to you as fast as possible!

SHIPPING/HANDLING: Items will not be shipped until full payment is received. Please note we do not accept cash on delivery payments. We ship UPS. If you’d like us to use your own UPS account number, this must be established prior to your order being placed. If we use third party shipping, a handling fee will be applied to your invoice.

SHIPPING ERRORS, RETURNS, AND WARRANTY: Order errors must be brought to the attention of XOXOart & Co. within five business days of receipt of shipments. XOXOart & Co. tees are made to order. When an order is placed, the apparel is custom printed for you. They are handmade products. We used DTG printing for all of our garments.

If you find defects in our ink or garments, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order and a credit or replacement will be issued. We do not accept returns or exchanges on unsold items.
